Sift (“App”, “Service”) is a mobile app that helps you save web links to read later. The app is operated by an individual developer (Sunghwan Shin, [email protected]).

This Privacy Policy describes what information is collected when you use the Sift app and how it is used.

Sift does not collect:

• Personal identifiers such as name, email address, or phone number
• Account or login credentials (no sign-up feature)
• Location data
• Contacts, photos, camera, or microphone access
• Advertising Identifier (IDFA) or device-specific identifiers
• App usage analytics (no analytics SDK)
• Crash or error reports (no crash reporting SDK)

2-2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The following data you create is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to any server operated by us:

• Saved link URLs and metadata (title, description, thumbnail URL)
• Tag names
• Read/archive status and save timestamps
